Reviving food is an artisan bakery, making and serving locally produced food. Serving sourdough bread to the Kincraig and nearby community.
My background is in environmental science and outdoor education, a focus on sustainability led to working as a gardener and with community projects. Reviving food developed in 2017 while growing food and catering for groups. The last 2 years have been focused on learning skills, gaining experience and getting clear on what Reviving food is. Since Sourdough caught me I've worked in several bakeries, most recently baking and cycling in Belgium, Netherlands and Denmark for 5 months. Returning to Scotland to bake and develop the local grain economy, improving access to more diversity.
